​Our History

 

I started out just loving the dane and wanting to own one. I bought my 1st harlequin in 2006 from a breeder in Kansas. She was a beautiful half faced harlequin female we named Jenna. Over the years I learned the do's and do not's of breeding. My first girl Jenna did not meet the breeding standards and so we never bred her but kept her as a wonderful spay pet. With the help and guidance from another breeder I was directed to a new path. Education can always do wonders with someone who is willing to learn and the to apply their knowledge to their work. Our original name was Got Danes. We felt that with a new path, and a new chapter we needed a new name but not one that would make us forget our beginning. We adopted the new name of Breken which means Got so we still have a peice of our original name.

 

I will be entering the show ring Fall of 2010 with my 1st show puppy, Four D's Raging Bull V Breken. He was a stunning mantle sired by Top 20 Great Dane Champion Rainmaster's Cash Explosion. He was also the #1 Harlequin Great Dane in 2007.

Update from 2025!
I have not updated this section of my website in many years. My promises and breeding ethics still stand as they did in the past. We have bred and produced many champions, grand champions and are working towards our AKC judges license in the year 2025.
